The purpose of this morning prayer, B.R.E.A.D., is to connect with God at the beginning of each day. To start, open to Psalms 1 and grab a notebook or journal.
BE STILL and breathe slowly. Calm your mind and fix your eyes on Jesus. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide your time.

READ through the Psalm of the day. Reread the Psalm slowly and see if any verse speaks to you or grabs your attention. Write the verse in your journal.

ENCOUNTER what God trying to reveal. Meditate on your verse. Allow God to speak to you and write a reflection.

APPLY this in your day. Write on your reflection and how are you can to apply this today and try to live it out.

DEVOTE yourself to God. Close by writing a simple devotion to God and commit yourself to Him.
